A RESOLUTION approving the City of Camas final
compensation report and the City of Camas classification manual
prepared by Johnson &Associates.
WHEREAS,Johnson &Associates was retained by the City of Camas to conduct a city-
wide classification and compensation study involving all City employees,and
WHEREAS,Johnson &Associates has submitted its report and recommendations
consisting of a volume of text entitled “Classification Manual,City of Camas”,and a volume of
text entitled “City of Camas Final Compensation Report”,and
WHEREAS,the City Council has undertaken a review of said materials and desires to
adopt and approve them,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The volume of text entitled “Classification Manual,City of Camas”prepared by Johnson
&Associates is hereby approved and adopted as the employee classification plan and employee
job descriptions for the City of Camas.
Section II
The Council hereby approves and adopts that volume of text entitled “City of Camas
Final Compensation Report”as the official compensation plan for employees of the City of
Camas .
