RES 87811$RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION approving a construction permit for the State
of Washington Department of Transportation for work on a project
known as SR 500 MP 8.37 to MP 20.37 Camas road intersections.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Camas,Washington,has reviewed a
construction permit issued by the City of Camas to the Washington State Department of
Transportation for feathering asphalt paving material onto City road intersections within the
limits of the highway project known as SR 500,MP 8.37 to MP 20.37,Camas road intersections
and Clark County,Washington;and
WHEREAS,it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said
construction permit by the City of Camas,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Camas that the
aforedescribed construction permit is hereby approved and the duly authorized representatives of
the City are hereby authorized and directed to sign the same.
