RES 875 RESOLUTION NO .
A RESOLUTION authorizing and approving that the Clark County
Auditor conduct the September 14 , 1999 Primary election by mail ballot .
WHEREAS , conducting the September 14 , 1999 Primary election will reduce the
cost of conducting the Primary election, and
VH EREAS , previous mail ballot elections have increased voter turnout ,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMAS that the primary election to occur on September 14 , 1999 , be conducted
totally by mail ballot .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be filed with the
Clark County Auditor .
ADOPTED by the council and APPROVED by the Mayor this ay of
July, 1999 .
