AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 2 . 34 of the Camas
Municipal Code by establishing the commencement date for the
terms of the Board of Adjustment .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
Section 2 . 34 . 010C of the Camas Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide as follows :
Camas Municipal Code 2 . 34 . 01 KC :
The initial membership shall consist of appointments for staggered terms of 1 , 2 , 3 ,
4 , and 5 years ; each appointment thereafter shall be for five years , except that appointments to
replace any terminated member shall be for the duration of the unexpired term . Each term of
membership for any member of the Board of Adjustment shall commence as of January 1 .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
