ORDINANCE NO . R e Af
AN ORDINANCE granting the re - zone request of David and
Rochelle Moss and Ken and Christine Trammel to change the
zoning of certain real property from R42 to R40 , and amending the
zoning map of the City of Camas to document said re - zone .
WHEREAS , the City has heretofore adopted a comprehensive plan and comprehensive
land use map as required by the provisions of Chapter 36 . 70A , Revised Code of Washington , the
Growth Management Act , and
WHEREAS , the City has received a request for a re - zone of certain real property from
David and Rochelle Moss and Ken and Christine Trammel , and
WHEREAS , said request seeks the re - zone of certain property from R $142 to R140 , and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the re - zone request on
May 18 , 2004 , and
WHEREAS , the Council considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission on
June 14 , 2004 ,
NOW , THEREFORE , THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
Section ' I
The Council hereby adopts by reference the Staff Report on the re - zone application .
Section II
The request of David and Rochelle Moss and Ken and Christine Trammel to re - zone the
subject real property from R1 - 12 to R140 is hereby granted . The City Engineer is directed to
amended the zoning map of the City of Camas to designate said property as R1 - 10 .

This
II -This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its
publication according to law .
