AN ORDINANCE adding a new section to Chapter 18 . 05 of
the Camas Municipal Code adopting Supplemental Standards for
Residential Development within "Area E " .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
There is hereby added to Chapter 18 . 05 of the Camas Municipal Code a new section to
provide as follows :
18 . 05 . 040 - Residential and Multifamilv Zones - Supplemental Standards for "Area E "
Overlay District ,
All residential development within Area E ( as identified on the City ' s Zoning Map) shall ,
in addition to meeting other applicable development regulations , be master planned ; such
master plan shall specifically address utilities , transportation , landscaping , lighting ,
signage , setbacks , critical areas , and other factors materially affecting the development and
the surrounding area .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
