AN ORDLNANCE modifying Sections 18 . 55 . 400 and 18 . 55 . 410
of the Canias Municipal . Code , b ;y Devising the enforcement
provisions of the zoning code and by revising the general penalty for
violations of Titles 15 through 18 of the Camas Municipal Code .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 18 . 55 . 400 of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :
L& -0 - Enfor_e-ement
A . The Public Works Director , Planning Manager , Engineering Manager , Fire
Marshall , and Building Official shall be responsible for enforcing Titles 1. 5 through
18 , and may adopt administrative rules to meet that responsibility . En_.rorcement
responsibility may be delegated to an appropriate designee , for example , a co,.Je
enforcement officer .
B n The enforcement provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to any violation of
the prI sions of Titles 15 through 18 of the Camas Municipal Code , and to any
failure to comply with the terms and conditions of any permits or approvals issued
pursuant to the provisions of those titles .
Section II
Section 18 . 55 . 410 of the Camas Munic ?pal Code is amended to provide as follows :

Conlpiiance with the requirements of Titles 15 through 18 ; Camas Mu. liclpal Code , shall
be inandatory . The general penalties and remedies established in Chapter 1 . 24 CMC sh.a.11
apply to any violation of these titles , and to the failure to comply with the terms and
conditions of any permit or approval issued under those titles . The enforcement actions
authorized cinder this chapter shall lie supplemental to those general penalties and
remedies .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
