ORD 2329 ORDINANCE NO. 25
AN ORDINANCE revising the procedures and regulations for
boundary line adjustments, short subdivision, subdivisions, planned
developments, binding site plans, design and improvement standards, and
procedures for public improvements .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :.
Section I
There are hereby added to the Camas Municipal Code Chapters 17 . 01 , 17. 03, 17 . 05,
17. 07, 17.09, 17. 11 , 17 . 13 , 17 . 151 17. 19, 17 .21 and 17 .23 regulating the division of land within
the City of Camas. Said Chapters shall be as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein.
Section H
Chapters 17 . 04, 17 .08, 17 . 12, 17 . 16, 17.20, 17 .24, 17 . 32, 17 .36, 17.40, 17 .44, 17.48 and
18 .23 . 090 of the Camas Municipal Code are hereby repealed.
Section III
This ordinance shall be effective February 1 , 2003 , and shall be published according to law.
