AN ORDINANCE amending the traffic element of
the Capital Facilities Plan to include as traffic impact
fee eligible improvements those projects identified in
the Memorandum for DKS Associates , dated October
15 , 2002 .
WHEREAS , the City has heretofore retained DKS Associates to conduct a traffic impact
fee study for 3 8th Avenue and 181h Avenue extensions , and
WHEREAS , DKS Associates has undertaken its study and reported its findings in a
Memorandum dated October 15 , 2002 , and
WHEREAS , the City Council desires to amend the traffic element of the Capital Facilities
Plan to incorporate as traffic impact fee eligible prof ects those improvements identified in the
DKS Associates Memorandum ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The traffic element of the Capital Facilities Plan is amended to include as traffic impact fee
eligible prof ects those improvements identified in the Memorandum from DKS Associates dated
October 15 , 2002 .
Section II
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
