AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 32 , 000 . 00 from the Grass
Valley Park Fund to pay the costs in excess of the budgeted
amount for the improvement of 3 8th Street done in conjunction
with the Grass Valley Park development .
WHEREAS , the budget for 2002 included an appropriation for half- street improvements
to that portion of 3 81h Street fronting Grass Valley Park , and
WHEREAS , the cost of such improvement exceeded the budgeted amount by $ 32 , 000 . 00 ,
and
WHEREAS , there are unappropriated funds in the Grass Valley Park Fund to pay for
such expenditure ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 32 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from the Grass Valley Park Fund to pay
for costs in excess of the budgeted amount for the improvement of 38 ' Street , and is allocated as
follows :

Section II
Ordinance No . 2303 and the Budget for the City of Camas for the Year 2002 are amended
to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
