AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 . 88 . 040 of the
Camas Municipal Code by revising the provisions for
payment of impact fees .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 3 . 88 . 040 of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :

payment of impact fees , which shall be calculated by adding the impact fee
components , as herein after provided for , that are applicable to each new
development activity .
B0 The amount of impact fees shall be determined at the time of building
permit issuance , or for development not requiring a building permit , at the
time of site plan approval .
C . Subject to the provisions of Subsection 3 . 88 . 040 ( d) for pre -payment of
impact fees , impact fees shall be due and collected at the time of building
permit application , or for development not necessitating a building permit ,
at the time of site plan approval .
D . Impact fees may , with the consent of the City , be prepaid . Prepaid impact
fees , including the amounts of any developer credits under Subsection
3 . 88 . 140 ( a) shall be deducted from impact fees at the time such fees are
collected pursuant to Subsection 3 . 88 . 040 ( c ) .
Sectlon II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
