ORD 2318 ORDINANCE NO ,
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 100 , 000 . 00 from the
General Fund to pay for a professional services contract awarded
to J . D . White for professional planning and public involvement in
Phase II of the City ' s Comprehensive Plan Update .
WHEREAS , the City is currently in the process of updating its comprehensive plan , and
WHEREAS , the City desires to enter into a professional services contract with J . D . White
for professional planning and public involvement in Phase II of the Comprehensive Plan Update ,
and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the General Fund to pay for such
expenditure ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 100 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to pay for
professional services to be rendered by J . D . White in Phase II of the City ' s Comprehensive Plan
Update , and is allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance 2303 and the budget for the City of Camas for the year 2002 are amended to
provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its
publication according to law .
