AN ORDINANCE transferring $ 40 , 000 . 00 from the Water
Sewer Fund to the Equipment Rental Fund , $ 10 , 000 . 00 from the
Street Fund to the Equipment Rental Fund , and $ 10 , 000 . 00 from
the Sanitary Fund to the Equipment Rental Fund , and appropriating
$ 60 , 000 . 00 to pay for a storage building at the Operations Center .
WHEREAS , the budget for the year 2002 included $ 45 , 000 . 00 for the purchase of a
storage building at the Operation Center , and
WHEREAS , the low bid for the storage building came in at $ 102 , 000 . 00 , and
WHEREAS , the Water Sewer Fund , the Street Fund and the Sanitary Fund all use the
Operations Center and have money available to contribute towards the cost of the storage
building .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 40 , 000 . 00 is hereby transferred from the Water Sewer Fund to the
Equipment Rental Fund .
Section II
The sum of $ 10 , 000 . 00 is hereby transferred from the Street Fund to the Equipment
Rental Fund .
Section III
The sum of $ 10 , 000 . 00 is hereby transferred from the Sanitary Fund to the Equipment
Rental Fund .
Section IV
The sum of $ 60 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from the Equipment Rental Fund to be
applied towards the purchase of a storage building for the Operations Center , and is allocated as
follows :

Section V
Ordinance 2303 and the budget for the City of Camas for the year 2002 are amended to
provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section VI
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its
publication according to law .
