ORD 2309 ORDINANCE NO . . . AN ORDINANCE repealing Chapter 13 . 64 . 03 0 of the Camas Municipal Code , which assessed a monthly sewer service charge for utility customers located within the city limits where there is no sewer service available . THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS . Section I Chapter 13 . 64 . 030 of the Camas Municipal Code , which imposed a monthly sewer service charge for utility customers located within the city limits where there is no sewer service available , is hereby repealed . Section II This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication according to law . THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or CATMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : Section I Subsection 13 . 72 . 040 (b ) of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows : 117104.0 - alit F.xemntions b . Credit . Those properties that are not presently connected to the City ' s sewer system but which have been assessed and paid a monthly sewer service charge shall receive a credit against the sewer - system development charge in an amount equal to the total monthly. sewer service charges paid prior to - connection . Section II This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication according to law .
