ORD 2302 ORDINANCE NO ,
AN ORDINANCE excluding certain Costs from the expenses to
be assessed against properties in Local Improvement District No .
2200
WHEREAS , on May 26 , 1998 , the Council enacted Ordinance No . 2167 , which formed
Local Improvement District No . 220 for the purpose of providing certain improvements to a
portion of Vista del Rio Road , and
WHEREAS , the improvement was thereafter undertaken and on August 14 , 2000 , the
Council enacted Ordinance No . 2273 confirming the final assessment role , and
WHEREAS , in preparing the final assessment role , approximately $ 6 , 783 . 46 in
engineering costs were omitted ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
Pursuant to the authority of RCW 35 . 44 . 020 , the Council of the City of Camas hereby
elects to exclude from the costs and expenses to be assessed against the properties benefitted by
LID 220 the sum of $ 6 , 783 . 46 representing engineering costs omitted from the final assessment
role .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
