AN ORDINANCE amending Section 13 . 86 . 060 of
the Camas Municipal Code by increasing the
residential recycling rate to $ 2 . 65 per month .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 13 . 86 . 060 of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :
13 . 86 . 060 - Rates
The rate for collection of recyclables shall be $ 2 . 65 per month for each residential unit .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
