AN ORDINANCE repealing Section 5 . 20 . 050
of the Camas Municipal Code , which provided for
license fees for certain amusement devices and
activities .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 5 . 20 . 050 of the Camas Municipal Code , which provided for license fees for
shooting galleries , can , knife or doll racks , Punch- and - Judy shows , miniature golf courses ,
circuses , road shows , carnivals , revolving swings and merry - go - rounds , shuffle boards , video
games , flipper machines and similar amusement devices , is hereby repealed .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
