ORD 2449 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE adopting revisions to the Zoning Map at the
City of Camas .
WHEREAS , the City Council has considered a request to change the zoning of certain
real property located within the proposed Hadley Glen Subdivision from single family R- 10 , to
single family R� 7 . 5 , and
WHEREAS , pursuant to Camas Municipal Code 18 . 53 . 020 , the Planning Commission
held a public hearing on the proposed rezoning , and
WHEREAS , the City Council finds that the change in zoning requested is in conformity
with the adopted Comprehensive Plan , the provisions of the Zoning Code , and the public interest ,
NOW , THEREFORE , THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS .
Section I
The real property described in Exhibit " A shall be zoned single family R- 7 . 5 .
Section II
The Community Development Director is directed to amend the Zoning Map of the City
of. Camas to designate said property as single family R- 7 . 5 .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
