AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 9 . 36 . 010 (A) of the
Camas Municipal Code by adopting by reference RCW Chapter
77 . 160 : The Washington Clean Indoor Air Act
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 9 . 36 . 010 (A) of the Camas Municipal Code is hereby amended to add a new
subsection 9 . 36 . 010 ( 152 ) as follows :
9 . 36 . 010 (A) - 152 . RCW Chapter 77 . 160 : Washington Clean Indoor Air Act
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
