ORD 2503 ORDINANCE NO ,
AN ORDINANCE adopting a revised Zoning Map in
accordance with the goals and requirements of Chapter 36 . 70A ,
Revised Code of Washington, also known the Growth
Management Act .
WHEREAS , the City of Camas is required to update its Comprehensive Plan in
accordance with the goals and requirements of Chapter 36 . 70A , Revised Code of Washington ,
the Growth Management Act , and
WHEREAS , the City is required to adopt a Zoning Map that implements the plans and
policies of the Comprehensive Plan, and
WHEREAS , the City has recently completed its annual review process for the
Comprehensive Plan , and
WHEREAS , as a result of the Amendment of the Comprehensive Plan , it is necessary to
revise the City' s Zoning Map ,
NOW , THEREFORE , THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
Section I
The Amended Zoning Map attached hereto is hereby adopted as the official Zoning Map
of the City of Camas .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
