AN ORDINANCE amending Camas Municipal Code Section
18 . 15 . 090 (H ) , by prohibiting the placement of portable signs
within the public rights - of- way .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 18 . 15 . 090 (H) of the Camas Municipal Code is hereby amended to provide as
follows :
(H) . One nonelectric portable sign is permitted per business
establishment , not to exceed six square feet in sign area . No
permit is required for the placement of the portable sign . A
portable sign shall be placed so as not to obstruct the public rights -
of- way . Any violation of this section shall be enforced as
prescribed by Camas Municipal Code Section 8 . 06 . 040 .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
