ORD 2250 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE revising water system development charges .
WHEREAS , the council of the City of Camas has commissioned Gray & Osborne , Inc . ,
to undertake a study of the City ' s water system development charges , and
WHEREAS , Gray & Osborne , Inc . , has filed its report and recommendations , and
WHEREAS , the City desires to revise its water system development charges in
accordance with the recommendations of said report , now , therefore ,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIl14 AS FOLLOWS
Section I
Subsection 13 . 52 . 020 � G1 of the Camas Municipal Code , which defined " service level
areas " , is hereby repealed .
Section II
Subsection 13 . 52 . 060 of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :
13 . 52 . 060 - Rates - The rates for water system development
charges shall be as set forth in Table 13 . 52 . 060 per meter installed :
