ORD 2232 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 . 32 . 010 of the Camas
Municipal Code , by providing for the issuance of checks from the
Water and Sewer Capital Reserve Fund .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 3 . 32 . 010 of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :
3 . 32 . 010 - Created Payments Into Transfer of Money . There is created in the
Water Sewer Department a fund to be known as the ' Water and Sewer Capital
Reserve Fund : There shall be paid into the fund such money as the Finance
Committee shall determine from time to time to be in excess of the operational
needs of the revenue fund of the department . Checks may be issued and paid from
the fund for transfer of monies to the revenue fund of the Water Sewer Department
whenever the City Council shall determine there is a need therefor to operate ,
maintain or improve the water sewer utility of this city .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( S ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
