AN ORDINANCE repealing Chapter 3 . 48 of the Camas
Municipal Code , which established procedures for transfers from the
Water Sewer Revenue Fund to the City Sanitary Service Fund .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Chapter 3 . 48 of the Camas Municipal Code , which established procedures for transfers
from the Water Sewer Revenue Fund to the City Sanitary Service Fund , be and the same hereby is
repealed .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
