ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 8 . 06 of the
Camas Municipal Code by revising the penalty
schedule for nuisance code violations .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 8 . 06 . 070B of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to read as follows :
8 . 06 . 070B - Enforcement - Civil Infraction
1 . Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil
infraction .
2 . The Camas Municipal Court may impose costs in addition to the penalties set out
below .
3 . Owners , agents and/or tenants failing to comply will be subject to the following
penalties :
a . For the first violation of any provision of this chapter , a fine in the amount of
$ 250 . 00 .
b . For the second and each subsequent violation of the same provision of this
chapter , a fine of $
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
