AN ORDINANCE amending Section 15 . 06 . 010 of the Camas
Municipal Code by adopting the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Code
for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings ,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 15 . 06 . 010 of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :
15 . 06 . 010 - Adoption of Code . There is hereby adopted by the
City for the purpose of establishing rules and
regulations for the repair , vacation or demolition of
dangerous buildings , including permits and
penalties , that certain uniform code designated and
known as the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Code for
the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings published
by the International Conference of Building
Officials .
Section II
One ( 1 ) copy of the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous
Buildings shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of the City .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
