ORD 2221 ORDINANCE NO .
An ordinance amending Section 15 . 10 . 010 of the Camas
Municipal Code by adopting the 1997 Edition of the Uniform
Housing Code .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 15 . 10 . 010 of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :
15 . 10 . 010 - Adopted by Reference . There is adopted by the
City for the purpose of providing minimum
standards regulating and controlling the use ,
occupancy , location and maintenance of all
residential buildings and structures within the City ,
that the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Housing Code
published by the International Conference of
Building Officials .
Section II
One ( 1 ) copy of the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Housing Code shall be filed in the office
of the Clerk of the City .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .

1999 .
