ORDINANCE NO ,
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 15 . 20 . 010 of the Camas
Municipal Code by adopting the 1997 Edition of the Washington
State Energy Code as set forth in Chapter 51 - 11 of the Washington
Administrative Code .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 15 . 20 . 010 of the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows :
15 . 20 . 010 - Adoption of Washington State Energy Code .
There is hereby adopted by the City for the
purpose of establishing energy related
standards and regulations the 1997 Edition
of the Washington State Energy Code as set
forth in Chapter 51 - 11 of the Washington
Administrative Code . One ( 1 ) copy of the
1997 Edition of the Washington State
Energy Code as set forth in Chapter 51 - 11 of
the Washington Administrative Code shall
be filed in the office of the Clerk of the City .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
