ORD 2190 ORDINANCE NO ,
AN ORDINANCE adding a new subsection to Section 18 . 76 . 090 of
the Camas Municipal Code providing for the election of a Chairman of
the Board of Adjustment .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS .
SECTION I
There is hereby added to Section 18 . 76 . 090 of the Camas Municipal Code
a new subsection to provide as follows :
18 . 76 . 090 _ Board of Adjustment
D . The Board of Adjustment shall annually elect its own Chairman who
shall be one of its five ( 5 ) voting members .
SECTION II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and
after its publication according to law .
