AN ORDINANCE adopting two (2 ) amendments to the
199 Wastewater Facility Plan of the City of Camas .

WHEREAS , the City has heretofore and acted Ordinance No . 2118 , which adopted the " City
of Camas Wastewater Facility Plan, June , 1997 " as prepared by Gray and Osborne , and
WHEREAS , the City has commissioned Gray and Osborne to conduct an infiltration and
inflow study and an addendum to the Wastewater Facility Plan, and
WHEREAS , Gray and Osborne has completed its study and prepared two (2) addendums to
the Wastewater Facility Plan consistent with its findings , and
WHEREAS , the council of the City of Camas desires to adopt and approve said addendums ,
NOW, THEREFORE ,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
The council hereby approves and adopts as an addendum to the City of Camas Wastewater
Facility Plan, June , 1997 that document entitled City of Camas Sewer System Infiltration and Inflow
Study, August, 1998 .
Section II
The council hereby approves and adopts as an addendum to the City of Camas Wastewater
Facility Plan, June 1997 . that document entitled Addendum No . 2 Wastewater Facility Plan City of
Camas , November, 1998 .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
