ORDINANCE NO . It
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 6 , 450 . 00 from the General
Fund to pay for transportation planning and engineering services
related to the proposed library expansion project .
WHEREAS , the Council is currently in the process of considering expansion of the
existing library facility , and
WHEREAS , professional transportation planning and engineering services are required
for analyzing the parking needs for the proposed library expansion project , and
WHEREAS , the cost of said services is the amount of $ 6 , 450 , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the General Fund to pay for such
expenditure ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 6 , 450 . 00 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to pay for
professional services required to analyze the parking needs for the proposed library expansion
project , and said sum is allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance 2140 and the Budget for the City of Camas for the Year 1998 are amended to
provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
