AN ORDINANCE amending Section II of Ordinance 2166 ,
which provided for the names of private roads located within the
North Dwyer Creek Annexation area .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
Section II of Ordinance 2166 is amended to provide as follows :
Section II
The only private road located within the North Dwyer Creek
Annexation area to be named shall be NW Payne Street , which is
located as shown on the map attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
