AN ORDINANCE aim
ppropriating $ 85 , 000 . 00 from the General
Fund to pay for additional inspection costs of the Wafertech
project, and amending the budget for the year 1998 to provide for
such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the anticipated completion date for the Wafertech prof ect was April of 1998 ,
and
WHEREAS , actual completion of the project has estimated to be during September or
October of 1998 , and
WHEREAS , the extended completion date has resulted in additional inspection costs that
were not originally budgeted for the year , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the General Fund to pay for such
expenditure ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 85 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to pay for
additional inspection costs for the Wafertech project, and is allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance No . 2140 and the budget for the City of Camas for the year 1998 is amended to
provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
