ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE amending the traffic element of the
Comprehensive Plan .
WHEREAS , the City has heretofore adopted a Comprehensive Plan which includes a
traffic element as required by provisions of Chapter 36 . 70A , Revised Code of Washington (the
Growth Management Act) , and
WHEREAS , the City has retained DKS Associates to update the traffic element of the
Comprehensive Plan , and
WHEREAS , DKS Associates has submitted its report and findings , and
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing on the proposed
revisions to the traffic element of the Comprehensive Plan and has recommended their adoption ,
and
WHEREAS , the City Council has conducted a public hearing on the proposed revisions ,
now , therefore ,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The traffic element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Camas is amended to
include the " Traffic Impact Fee , June , 1997 " document prepared by DKS Associates , the " Traffic
Impact Fee Technical Index , June , 1997 " prepared by DKS Associates , and the " Technical
Memorandum , April,: 17 , 1998 " prepared by DKS Associates .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
