ORD 2173 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 41 , 000 . 00 from the Growth
Management Fund to reimburse Lugliam Investment for the
installation of a half- street improvement on the north side of NW
16 ' Avenue , and amending the Budget for the Year 1998 to
provide for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , Lugliani Investment Company is the developer of Deer Creek Subdivision
Phases I and II , and
WHEREAS , as part of the development of said subdivision , the developer was obligated
to install a half- street improvement on the south side of NW 16th Avenue starting 300 feet east of
NW Brady Road to the intersection of NW Ogden Street , and
WHEREAS , at the request of the City , the developer completed a full -width street
improvement of NW 16th Avenue beginning 300 feet west of NW Brady Road to the intersection
of NW Ogden Street , and
WHEREAS , the cost of the half- width street improvement to be reimbursed is
$ 41 , 000 . 00 , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient transportation impact funds in the Growth Management
Fund to pay for such expenditure ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 41 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from the Growth Management Fund to pay
for half- width street improvements on the north side of NW 16th Avenue starting 300 feet west of
NW Brady Road to the intersection of NW Ogden Street , and said sum is allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance 2140 and the Budget for the City of Camas for the Year 1998 are amended to
provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section IV
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
