AN ORDINANCE amending section 10 . 08 . 03 5 of the
Camas Municipal Code by regulating the parking of
commercial vehicles in residential zones .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Section 10 . 08 . 03 5 is amended to provide as follows :
10 . 08 . 035 Residential Streets
No person shall park a commercial vehicle exceeding twenty (20 ) feet in length
on a public street in any area zoned for residential use for a period in excess of
two (2 ) hours ; provided , however , that this section shall not apply to any
commercial vehicle while it is actually engaged in providing a service to a
property .
Section II
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
