ORD 2165 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE adopting the " Grass Valley Water Supply
Development Study " as a supplement to the Water System Master
Plan for the City of Camas .
WHEREAS , the City has heretofore adopted a document entitled " Water System Master
Plan , City of Camas , Washington , dated February , 1996 " as prepared by CH2M Hill as the
comprehensive water master plan to meet City of Camas water needs through the year 2014 , and
WHEREAS , the City has heretofore commissioned Pacific Ground Water Group to
undertake a study of the specific needs of the Grass Valley area of Camas , and
WHEREAS , Pacific Ground Water Group has completed its study and prepared a " Grass
Valley Water Supply Development Study " , and
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Camas desires to adopt said study as a
supplement to its Water System Master Plan , now , therefore ,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The Council hereby adopts that certain document entitled " Grass Valley Water Supply
Development Study " dated February 20 , 1998 , as a supplement to the City Water System Master
Plan .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
