AN ORDINANCE amending subsection 5 . 20 . 060 (1 ) of the
Camas Municipal Code by exempting civic , patriotic , and
benevolent organizations from the application fee for a
temporary vendors ' stands or concessions booths .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
Subsection 5 . 20 . 060 ( 1 ) is amended to provide as follows :
5 . 20 . 060 Tem�ry Vendors ' Stands and Concessions Booths .
i . Patriotic , civic , and benevolent organizations shall be exempt from
paying the application fees imposed by Subsection 5 . 20 . 060 (B ) of the
Camas Municipal Code .
Section II
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
