AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 2�39A�9�.� from the
Police Facility Construction Fund to pay for construction of the
new police facility , and amending the budget for the year 1996
to provide for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the City has elected to proceed with construction of a new police facility , and
WHEREAS , in order to finance the cost of such facility , the City will issue General
Obligation Bonds , and

WHEREAS , the estimated cost of constructing the facility is $2, 3000. 001 . aft, and
WHEREAS , such expenditure was not provided for in the budget for the year 1996 ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS
AS FOLLOWS :

The sum of is appropriated from the Police Facility Construction Fund to pay
for the construction cost of the new police facility , and is allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance No . 2045 and the budget for the City of Camas for the year 1996 are amended to

according to law .
