ORD 2079 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 33 , 400 . 00 from
the General Fund to pay for salaries and
personnel benefits for an additional engineer
technician in the Public Works Department and
an accountant in the Finance Department , and
amending the Budget for the Year 1996 to
provide for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the Public Works Department desires to add an add 1 -
ion position
tional engineer technician positand to fill that position
during the summer months of 1996 , and
WHEREAS , the Finance Department has created a new position
of accountant and desires to fill that position in the summer of
1996 , and
WHEREAS , the estimated cost for such additional employees
is $ 33 , 400 . 00 , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
General Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum. of $ 33 , 400 . 00 i s hereby appropriated from the General
Fund to pay for salaries and personnel benefits for an additional
engineering technician and a new accountant , and is allocated as
follows

Section II
Ordinance 2045 and the Budget for the City of Camas for the
