ORD 2078 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 84 , 000 . 00 from
the General Fund to pay for unbudgeted repairs
to the roof of the library building , and
amending the Budget for the . Year 1996 to
provide for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the City had previously budgeted $ 92 , 000 . 00 for replace -
merit of the roof on the library building- , and
WHEREAS , the City has elected to undertake additional repairs
to the :iibrary roof consisting of removal of wood planks under
the existing tale roofing , installation of seismic anchors , and
adding plywood sheathing to the entire existing roof , and
WHEREAS , the estimated cost of such additional repairs is
$ 84 , 000 . 00 , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
General Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFCAMAS AS FOLLOWS
Section I
The sum of $ 84 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund to pay for additional repairs to the roof of the .library building ,
and is allocated as follows .

Section II
Ordinance 2045 and the Budget for the City of Camas for the
Year 1996 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
