AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 20 , 000 . 00 from
the Water - Sewer Fund to pay for engineering
services in connection with the repair of the
Crown View Plaza Waste Water Pump Station , and
amending the Budget for the Year 1996 to provide
for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the Crown View Plaza Waste Water Pump Station is
in need of repair and improvement , and
WHEREAS , the City desires to hire an outside engineer to perform
an alternative analysis , design services , and engineering during
the construction process , and
WHEREAS , the estimated cost of said services is $ 20 , 000 . 00 , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
Water - Sewer Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
The sum of $ 20 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the Water - Sewer Fund to pay for repair and improvement
expenses in connection with the Crown View Plaza Waste Water Pump
Station , and is allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance No . 2045 and the Budget for the City of Camas for the
Year 1996 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
