ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE appropriating* $ 43 , 200 . 00 from
the General Fund to pay for consultant ' s fees
to the Education Service District 112 in con -
nection with the planning and construction of
the new police facility , and amending the Budget
for the Year 1996 to provide for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the Council has entered into an agreement with the
Educational Service District 112 whereby ESD will provide facilities ,
planning and construction management services for the planning
and construction of the new police facility ; and
WHEREAS , the estimated expense for such services is $ 43 , 200 . 00 ; and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
General Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 43 , 200 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the General Fund to pay for consultant services for the
planning and construction of the new police facility , and is allocated
as follows

Section II
Ordinance 2045 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
Year 1996 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 )
days from and after its publication according to law .

day of April. , 1996 .
