ORD 2063 ORDINANCE N0 . 2063 AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 54 , 000 . 00 from the Water Construction Fund to pay for repair expenses to the Fisher Basin Watermain Intertie , and amending the Budget for the Year 1996 to provide for such expenditure . WHEREAS , flooding in February caused damage to the Fisher Basin Watermain Intertie construction project , and WHEREAS , rehabilitation expenses on the shoulder and ditch of N . W . 38th Avenue cost $ 54 , 000 . 00 , and WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the Water Construction Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS : Section I The sum of $ 54 , 000 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated funds in the Water Construction Fund to pay for flood rehabilitation expenses on N . W . 38th Avenue , and is allocated as follows : Line Item Account No . Amount Construction Projects 442 00 501 380 65 $ 541000 . 00 Section II The Budget of the City of Camas for the Year 1996 is amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure . Section III This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication according to law .
