ORD 2053 ORDINANCE NO . 2053 AN ORDINANCE amending Section 16 . 40 . 020 of the Camas Municipal Code by increasing the SEPA application fee to $ 350 . 00 . THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : Section I Section 16 . 40 . 020 0£ the Camas Municipal Code is amended to provide as follows : 16 . 40 . 020 'Threshold Determination : For every environmental checklist the City reviews when it is lead agency , the City shall collect a fee of $ 350 . 00 from the proponent of the proposal prior to undertaking the threshold determination . The time periods provided for by this title for making a threshold determination shall not begin to run until payment of the fee . When the City completes the environmental checklist at the applicant ' s request or under Section 16 . 16 . 040 ( c ) of this chapter , an additional $ 50 . 00 shall be collected . Section II This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication according to law .
