AN ORDINANCE amending Chapter 8 . 08 of the Camas
Municipal Code by revisi
Muncng Section 8 . 08 . 110 providing for the
restoration of junle, vehicles .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
Section 8 . 08 . 110 A is hereby amended to provide as follows :
A . Any person desiring to restore a vehicle that might otherwise be subject to the
provisions regulating junk vehicles may obtain a permit from the City Finance Department by
filing application therefore and paying a permit fee as may be set by the City .
Section II
Section 8 . 08 . 110 C is hereby amended to provide as follows :
C . Such permit shall be valid for a period of sixty days , and shall not be renewable .
Section III
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its
publication according to law .
