AN ORDINANCE transferring $ 4 , 144 . 89 from the Local
Improvement District Fund to the General Fund , and amending the
budget for the year 2010 to provide for such expenditure .
WHEREFORE , all outstanding special assessment receivables from property owners
obligated to pay local improvement district assessments have been collected , and
WHEREAS , there are no further obligations or commitments of the Local Improvement
District Fund , and
WHEREAS , there is a balance remaining in the fund of $ 4 , 144 . 89 ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMAS AS FOLLOWS :
Section I
The sum of $ 4 , 144 . 89 is hereby transferred from the Local Improvement District Fund to
the General Fund and allocated as follows .

Section II
Ordinance No . 2568 and the budget for the year 2010 are amended to provide for the
afore stated expenditure .
Section III
This ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 ) days from and after its publication
according to law .
