AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 4 , 200 . 00 from
the General Fund to pay for expenses associated
with the City ' s Child Abuse and Domestic
Violence Program , and amending the budget for
the year 1995 to provide for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the City has heretofore applied for and received
a criminal justice training funds grant in the amount of $ 4 , 171 . 39
to be utilized in the City ' s Child Abuse and Domestic Violence
Program , and
WHEREAS , said grant funds have been deposited into the General
Fund of the City , and
WHEREAS , the City desires to appropriate the sum of $ 4 , 200 . 00
to pay for various expenses in connection with the Child Abuse
and Domestic Violence Program , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
General Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore , be it
ordained by the Council of the City of Camas as follows :
Section I .
The sum of $ 4 , 200 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the General Fund to pay for expenses in connection with
the City ' s Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Program , and is allocated
as follows :

Section Ii .
Ordinance No . 2011 and the budget for the City of Camas for
the year 1995 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III .
This Ordinance shall take force and be in effect five ( 5 )
days from and after its publication according to law .
