AN ORDINANCE amending* Section 3 . 88 . 070 ( c ) ( 6 )
by revising the adjustment for the portion of
anticipated additional tax revenues for the open
space impact fee subcomponent .
Section I
Section 3 . 88 . 070 ( c ) ( 6 ) of the Camas Municipal Code is amended
to provide as follows :
3 . 88 . 070 - Park and O en S ace Impact Fee Com onent Formula .
c . 6 . " A " means an adjustment for the portion
of anticipated additional tax revenues
resulting from a development that is pro -
ratable to system improvements contained
in the capital facilities plan . Such adjust -
ments for open space impacts is determined
to be fifty ( 500 ) percent so that " A " equals
fifty ( 50 % ) percent .
Section II
This ordinance shall take force and be in effective five ( 5 )
days from after its publication according to law .
