ORD 2028 ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE appropriating $ 7 , 500 . 00 from
the Water / Sewer Fund to pay for the ex pense
of repairs to the sewage treatment plant
clarifier mechanism , and amending the Budget
for the year 1995 to provide for such expenditure .
WHEREAS , the sewage treatment plant clarifier primary gear
drive is showing signs of wear , and
WHEREAS , the gear drive is 22 - years - old and has never previously
required repair , and
WHEREAS , repairs should be accomplished during dry summer
flows because the unit will be out of service for one ( 1 ) week ,
and
WHEREAS , said expenditure was not provided for in the 1995
Budget , and
WHEREAS , there are sufficient unappropriated funds in the
Water / Sewer Fund to pay for such expenditure , now , therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMAS AS FOLLOWS .
Section I
The sum of $ 7 , 500 . 00 is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
funds in the Water / Sewer Fund and allocated as follows :

Section II
Ordinance 2011 and the Budget of the City of Camas for the
year 1995 are amended to provide for the aforestated expenditure .
Section III
